Being a volunteer is a good opportunity to meet, interact, and network with leading academic and industrial researchers and participants in the related fields.

What volunteers need to do

  • Registration duties (e.g., setting up, handing out conference materials, and helping attendees register).
  • Providing directions for participants at the conference location.
  • Assisting with registration and organization for attendees and invited speakers.
