On September 9, the 2025 Boao Lecheng International Minimally Invasive Surgeons Network Academic Exchange Conference was held in the Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone, Hainan. The conference, themed "Gathering Global Medical Resources, Opening a New Chapter in International Cooperation," leveraged the advantages of Hainan Free Trade Port's open policies and the Lecheng Pilot Zone's preferential policies. It focused on core topics such as minimally invasive technology and the clinical transformation of cutting-edge medical devices and pharmaceuticals, creating a "four-dimensional platform" for global medical innovation encompassing academia, industry, policy, and implementation.

The conference featured two core sections: "Clinical Technology Transformation" and "Policy Practice Discussion." The cross-border medical policies of the Hainan Free Trade Port became a key focus of the conference. Attendees provided in-depth interpretations of innovative paths under the framework of Lecheng Pilot Zone's preferential policies, including foreign physician practice, licensed imports of pharmaceuticals and medical devices, and real-world data-supported registrations. These discussions provided policy interpretations and practical references for the rapid implementation of international medical technologies in China.

During the conference, international experts also conducted on-site visits to Lebo Medical Technology and Yingyi International Medical Center, forging deep connections within the entire "R&D - Product - Clinical - Service" medical ecosystem.
