On February 11, 2025, Professor Linhua Jiang, initiator of the China Europe Scientists Forum (hereinafter referred to as the Forum), executive chairman of the organizing committee, and academician of the Bolivian National Academy of Sciences, led a delegation from the Forum to visit Ran Li, president of the Hong Kong-Beijing University Alumni Alliance and standing committee member of the All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese.
