On October 10, 2025, the 3rd Hunan Provincial "Gathering Overseas Chinese to Revitalize Hunan" (Loudi) Event was launched in Loudi City. Lingyan Xiao, Secretary-General of the China-Europe Scientists Forum, was invited to attend.

Approximately 300 overseas guests, overseas Chinese businessman from 50 countries and regions participated in the event. At the event, the "Top Ten Cases of Overseas Chinese Assisting High-Quality Development in Hunan Province" were released, and 26 projects were signed on-site, with a total investment of 8.868 billion yuan.
