To further unite the wisdom and strength of overseas Chinese and promote international talent exchange and the construction of Beijing as an international science and technology innovation center, the 2025 Beijing Overseas Chinese Talent Conference for Development, jointly hosted by the Beijing Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, the Beijing Overseas Friendship Association, and the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area Management Committee, was held from November 3rd to 5th in the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area (Beijing E-Town). Representatives from ICASR were invited to participate.

The conference, themed "Gathering Wisdom from Overseas Chinese, Shaping the Future," adopted a "1+8+6" activity framework, focusing on technology, industry, talent, innovation, and cooperation, comprehensively showcasing the unique role of the overseas Chinese community in promoting technological innovation, facilitating international exchange, and empowering industrial development.
