She hold double doctorates (PhDs) in Organizational and Industrial Psychology, as well as Social Psychology, along with a Master's degree in General Psychology. She have national and international teaching experience in various subjects, including Leadership, Human Resource Management, Business Management, Strategic Marketing, Strategic Management, Team Psychology, Work Psychology, Industrial and Organizational Behavior, Research Methodology, and Statistical Analysis. She have published 73 research papers on organizational behavior, leadership, and management in scientific journals and at international conferences. Additionally, she have eight years of experience leading an academic department in higher education institutions. She is also the author of five motivational and personal empowerment books and the author and editor of one book titled "Organizational Behavior."
