As the sub-branch of International Association of Applied Science and Technology (IAAST), the International Center for Advanced Scientific Research (ASR) is an interdisciplinary, international academic organization, which is dedicated to promoting the development and enhancement of advanced scientific research and providing platform for the world's leading scientists, engineers, and thought leaders to exchange and identify new insights within the area.

Annually, ASR hosts over 30 high-level international conferences and workshops (with proceedings indexed in Scopus, EI, and Web of Science). It comprises over 110 academicians, university presidents, and research leaders, with a network spanning 4 continents, 25+ countries, and 30% of the world's leading academic institutions. It also presents globally recognized awards, including the Annual Scientific Award, Early Career Award, and specialized prizes honoring excellence in biotechnology, medicine, computers, artificial intelligence, electronics, manufacturing, etc.
